    Our visit and purchase was a good example of great customer service. Bryan took the time to explain all the advantages and disadvantages of all the models in the style we wanted. He was happy to pull them down from there display and storage racks and let us get in and out and feel the weights of each. He was a fountain of information, nothing was to much for him to look up either on the net or in his catalogues. He spent about 2hrs with us and we felt we got a great deal and we are thoroughly happy with our new kayak.
