  Do not ever go with this real estate. They are so corrupt it is shocking. From day one of living at the house we have had issues. Often real estate said we failed inspections due to e.g. dust on blind window ledge and they would send cleaners out that we had to pay for. Found out that they had the cleaner on their books and were making big profit hence why so many people I know fail inspections and they appoint cleaners. We became friendly with the owners of the house who never have an issue with us and they have told us that they to think woolgoogla real estate is ripping them off. When they send out pest control they would not let the owners use their own company they always use they used a one of their choice that cost twice as much. Vicki in the office was these most horrible, condescending woman I have ever met. What a corrupt horrible person. Constantly ringing but when we have problems she can not be contacted. If you ever want a bond back or to rent peacefully never go through this agency. Vicki will be nice as pie when you start renting then once you have signed contract she turns. Believe me never go with this company. Horrible experience. And we have been done out of so much money as a result.
