  Corrupt!!!! When I started renting with cardow woolgoolga under Vicki lee my water bill increased by over 120 dollars to my previous property an was given to us in letter by the real estate. The law clearly states this is illegal an water bills must come from council to Tennant. Since I have started renting through the wonderful McGrath real estate I have had two more children and my water bill is over 100 dollars cheaper then it was with vicki we use a lot more water. Washing an bathing 3 kids etc. To my understanding there ripping (or Vicki) is ripping there Tennant's 100 or so dollars a water bill. Also we where made to have blinds that where already damaged dirty an older then myself get cleaned an repaired only to be replaced upon our exit.

  Corrupt and horrible. A lot of people never get their bond back. A tiny spot that you haven't cleaned would cost you$80. A tiny stain on sheet would cost you $100. Even if you clean the place properly, they still stall your bond, especially if you've left the place. In the end I needed to go through fair trading to get my bond back. My friend advised them to refund the bond to their account, they never got the bond cause the real estate replied that they refunded through check and it was sent to a place that he no longer lives. One funny thing is that no ones lives there has ever seen the check.
