  本人認為輪胎就是車和地面唯一接觸的橋樑，是危險發生時介於安危的一切關鍵，所以對輪胎有有一定的要求。有次在NRMA定做保養同時也換一對前輪胎，當時說好了要換回跟我原本一樣的牌子和型號（Kumho Ecsta SPT），他也口頭答應了,而且還因此抬高價錢。結果回家後發現他給我的輪胎牌子完全不是我要的，而且等級落差很大（價錢更是便宜許多）。

  隨後我們去找他理論，問他為何安裝不是我們要求的那款胎，他確只解釋因為他訂不到一樣的，我們不悅的問他：為何當下沒告訴我們，就擅自安裝它款低等輪胎！？ 我們要求他賠我們差價不然就是換胎，他理都不理說他不記得那天答應我們要找一樣牌子這件事……我們氣不過跟他理論起來，他最後竟然說要報警要脅我們離開！太過分了！重點是死不承認他說過的話，非常惡劣，更說我們無理取鬧，真的欺人太甚！

  Shane and his team came to my aid several weeks ago when my Freelander came to grief on the Pacific Highway north of Woolgoolga the guys where on site within 20 minutes and towed me back into Woolgoolga. They did a complete review of what was needed to fix my car and gave me the news that suggested that the car was not economical to repair even though they had spent time and effort diagnosing and costing they didn't charge a cent. They even helped me to find a buyer for the wreck.
